تأسست شركة كمال المحدودة في عام 2004 من قبل كمال ماجد ولكن قبل البدء في تأسيس الشركة ، عمل المقاول كمال ماجد في حملة إعادة الإعمار في الموصل وعمل في مشاريع البناء في غارا وسرسنك وفي مشاريع مدينة زاخو في 1983-2001 بتمويل من حكومتنا المحلية مشاريع المكاتب من تشييد وترميم وطرق وأنشطة أخرى.
